Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refunds
Last updated 7 October 2026
Try before you buy. One full chapter of every paper is free with a confirmed account, so you
can see exactly what you are paying for first. Because access starts the moment you pay,
purchases are final and not refundable, except in the cases below.
Cancellation
A purchase is a one-time payment for one attempt, not a subscription. Nothing renews, so there is
nothing to cancel. Access simply ends on the date shown at checkout and on your invoice.
When we do refund
- You were charged twice for the same purchase. The duplicate is refunded in full, whenever
you notice it — and if we notice first, we refund it without being asked.
- Money left your account but no access was given. This normally resolves itself within
minutes. If it does not, write to us with the payment ID from your bank or UPI message: we will
either give you the access you paid for or refund the payment in full — your choice.
What is not refunded
- A purchase once made, for any other reason — including a change of mind or a change of attempt.
(Write to us anyway about a change of attempt; where we can, we would rather move your access than
say no.)
- Access that has ended — the exam passing is not a reason for a refund.
- An account closed for sharing a login or circulating the material (see the
Terms).
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back to the same card, UPI ID or bank account the payment came from — the payment
provider, Razorpay, allows no other destination. Once approved, a refund is processed within
5–7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. A credit note is issued against
your tax invoice, and access to what was refunded ends when the refund is made.
Asking
Email bodhyaedge@gmail.com from your account's email
address with your invoice number or payment ID (we answer Monday to Saturday, 11am–6pm IST). We reply
within 2 working days and will tell you plainly what applies.
