Without the app

Email bodhyaedge@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your login and password, your name, phone number and display name.
• Everything you studied: progress, answers, mock scores, flashcards, your study plan and settings.
• Your registered phone and laptop, and the reminders sent to them.
• If a coaching academy created your account, you are taken off its batch and the academy is told that you deleted it.

What is kept, and for how long

• If you bought anything: the order and its GST tax invoice (which name the buyer), for as long as Indian tax law requires — currently about six years. They are not used for anything else.
• A record that the account was deleted, and when, for security.

Anything you bought ends with the account. Deleting cannot be undone — if you come back, you sign up again from the start.
